What This Service Is
A confidential, professionally managed process where I interview 6–10 of a client’s key stakeholders. This can include bosses, peers, direct reports, colleagues, board members, investors, partners, suppliers, clients - anyone who has a critical relationship with you.
In these calls I gather in-depth, balanced feedback about your performance and leadership.
The result: a clear, motivating picture of how you’re perceived and where to focus your growth.
What You Get
1. Discovery Call
Clarify alignment with business goals, understand role and organizational context. We identify the right mix of stakeholders who matter the most.
2. Set up - Client to set up calls, or to go through relevant PA/EA/Office Manager. Alternatively, I can reach out and arrange this too (optional)
3. Stakeholder Interviews
Conducted via video or phone, these conversations of around 45 minutes to an hour explore:

3. The Feedback Report
A 10-15 page in-depth report delivered in a clear, balanced, and motivating format with key insights, actions, questions and using anonymous quotations.
4. Private Debrief & Action Plan
A supportive, confidential session to talk through and unpack your report, to help you translate insights into a concrete Action Plan.
